I always say that if I had the chance to be born in a different era it would be the 1950’s. I just absolutely adore the way people dressed back then, especially the art of wearing hats. Continue reading “Bringing Back the Hat”
My mom and I braved the chilly weather one weekend and managed to shoot this striped look I threw together. I am SO ready for spring weather to arrive and I know for a fact that pretty much every other St. Louis blogger is with me! Continue reading “Styling Stripes”
Dynamic duo Courtney and Stacey (friends of mine) recently teamed up to renovate and decorate the bottom level of Courtney’s apartment duplex and turn it into an Airbnb. These ladies have an impeccable talent of pairing vintage thrift store and antique finds with newer pieces from places such as IKEA. The result is a haven in the heart of South City St. Louis that exudes a cozy, homey and quaint aura. Courtney and Stacey’s new business, Homes Content, offers interior design consultation specializing in using what people already have in their homes, hence their slogan “Love Where You Are.” Continue reading “Cozy Vintage Charmer: A New South City Airbnb”

Continue reading “Pass the Vitamin C Please!”
Mixing and matching prints seems to be all the rage right now, so why not jump on the bandwagon? I personally love switching things up and going a little unconventional.

It’s always been hard for me to be alone with myself. Somehow I don’t feel valued when I’m alone and my mind drives me nuts, which makes things even worse. I’ve struggled with OCD for many years and it’s made it super hard to be happy while being by myself. Continue reading “Me, Myself and I”
