What’s In My Smoothie Bowl?

Smoothie bowls are taking the world by storm and let’s just say that I’m so happy I’ve jumped on board! These nutritious and Insta-worthy bowls are a new take on the original smoothie and are bursting with antioxidants. Thanks to my Nutribullet, I can whip one of these up in under five minutes!

Here’s what I put in the base of my smoothie:

Banana
Spinach
Strawberries
Blueberries
Chia seeds or flax seed
Mango
Vanilla yogurt
Almond milk

And here are my usual toppings:

Blackberries
Strawberries
Blueberries
Drizzle of honey
